Doing your Divemaster Internship here is a good idea
The island of Negros boasts natural beauty both above and below the water; however it’s what’s underneath the ocean that it is most famous for. Its stunning coral reefs and abundant marine life have been attracting divers to the area for over 35 years. With a thriving dive industry the Philippines has become one of the leading tropical locations for diver education. Having a perfect balance of beginner to advanced level dive sites, it’s almost as though the island was made for teaching diving, and will allow you to get familiar with many different kinds of dive sites which will make you a more rounded and well versed PADI divemaster.

Marine Conservation Philippines
Marine Conservation Philippines (MCP) is a registered non-profit non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to preserving and protecting coastal resources in the Philippines through education, volunteerism and research. Through engaging local communities and policy makers, the team work to create solutions that will help both man and nature in the long run.
It is possible to do divemaster training with MCP too, but a minimum of eight weeks is required, if all prerequisites are met. This is to allow you to also help in conservation efforts once initial divemaster training is complete.
