Over the years in the dive industry, we always understood and promoted the importance of forging the new generation of dive professionals who will then inspire and train competent divers.
Scuba Instructor Philippines (SIP) was created in 2018 in order to offer our Pro Courses candidates the opportunity to learn and develop their new skills in the best possible way. We designed our programs with the focus of helping you become a confident and capable Dive Professional ready to face the challenges of this industry. We also make sure that doing your PADI IDC and becoming a scuba diving instructor is truly the time of your life!
Operating from the prestigious Bongo Bongo Divers, a PADI 5 Star Career Development Center (CDC) in Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines. SIP provides world-class training programs with a focus on safety, excellence, and eco-friendly practices. Your different courses will be taught by our very experienced team composed of 1 in-house PADI Course Director, 2 PADI Master Instructors and 2 PADI IDC Staff Instructors.
We put a strong emphasis on extending your training above the minimum requirements and provide a course that is truly designed to give you all the keys to start actively working in the diving industry upon certification.

Marine Conservation Philippines (MCP) a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to preserving and protecting coastal resources in the Philippines through education, volunteerism and research. They engage local communities and policy makers and work to ensure solutions that will benefit both man and nature in the long run.
Our long time partnership with MCP is an amazing opportunity to integrate marine conservation efforts deep inside our Instructor Development Courses. This has always been an essential aspect of all our dive training and we do our very best to share our passion with all our candidates.
